Mounir Abdelnabi nouveau procureur général directeur de la justice militaire
Le colonel-major magistrat, Mounir Abdelnabi, a été chargé des fonctions de Procureur général de l'Etat, directeur de la justice militaire.
Cette nomination effective par décret présidentiel n° 2021-97 du 5 août 2021 a été publiée dans le Jort vendredi 6 août 2021.
Mounir Abdelnabi a, rappelons-le, été nommé en remplacement de Taoufik Ayouni, démis de ses fonctions sur ordre du président de la République, Kaïs Saïed, depuis le 27 juillet 2021.
